The work · in full

Four projects,
live and in use.

Four projects, each one open to visit right now: three client websites and platforms, and Minouflow, scheduling software for grooming salons. Each runs a real business, takes real bookings, and is used by real people every week. Because a screenshot never tells the whole story, every project below is presented in full: the business, what was built, and the details that only appear when something is made to measure.

No stock photography, no invented testimonials. Everything on this page is live and verifiable.

No. 01 · Website + AI concierge

Lavish Dog

Livelavishdog.com

The business

Lavish Dog is a two-location dog grooming company serving Raymond and Standish, Maine. Its website is not a brochure: it is the front door of the business, and every feature on it is validated with real clients week after week.

What I built

  • A custom editorial website presenting the brand, services, team, and client reviews. The reviews are genuine: 4.6 stars across hundreds of them.
  • An online booking flow split by location, so each shop manages its own calendar.
  • Poppy, an AI concierge that answers client questions and books appointments around the clock, including hours after the shops have closed.

The details that matter

Service pages structured around how grooming is actually booked: breed, coat, and temperament.

Location-specific booking, so each shop operates on its own schedule.

Poppy answers only from the business’s verified information, and hands the conversation to a person the moment a question falls outside it.

Every feature is proven on a working shop floor before it becomes part of what I offer clients.

The site the business runs on, from first impression to booked appointment.

No. 02 · Website + membership platform

MPPGA

Livemppga.org

The business

The Maine Professional Pet Groomers Association is a statewide professional organization with members to manage, dues to collect, and events to fill. It needed more than a website: it needed a platform the entire operation could run on.

What I built

  • The public association website.
  • A complete membership platform behind it: member management, dues collection, and templated email communications.
  • Event management with enforced RSVP capacity and separate member and guest pricing.
  • A member portal and an administrative portal, each scoped to exactly the information its audience needs.
  • A built-in content editor, so the association maintains its own pages independently.

The details that matter

Renewals and dues are tracked by the platform itself rather than reconciled by hand.

Event capacity is enforced automatically at registration, with no oversold seats.

Administrators see membership and revenue in a single dashboard. The screenshot shown here is the live product.

The association operates the entire platform on its own. That independence was the design goal.

Membership, revenue, and events, administered by the association itself.

No. 03 · Website

Head West Salon

Liveheadwestmaine.com

The business

Head West is a full-service hair and nail salon in Windham, Maine. Western soul, East Coast soil, in their own words. A space with that much character called for a site designed specifically for it, so nothing here started from a template.

What I built

  • An editorial, magazine-style site built entirely on the salon’s own photography: their chairs, their color work, their light.
  • Complete service menus for hair and nails.
  • A booth-rental section written for stylists considering the salon as their next home.
  • Hours, location, and online booking.

The details that matter

No stock imagery anywhere on the site.

Art direction drawn from the salon itself rather than from a trend.

Service menus structured to match how the salon actually prices its work.

A site that recruits booth renters as well as clients, because the business needed both.

The design began with the business itself, and it shows.

No. 04 · SaaS · Scheduling platform

Minouflow

Liveminouflow.com

The business

Minouflow is scheduling software for dog grooming salons. General-purpose booking tools do not account for how a grooming day actually runs, so Minouflow was designed around it: breeds, coats, staff capacity, and the calls a busy salon cannot always answer.

What it does

  • AI-assisted booking over text. It responds to the calls the salon missed and quotes breed-specific prices from the salon’s own price list.
  • Staff calendars with true appointment durations and capacity guards: tub conflicts, groomer restrictions, and large-dog pacing, all caught before they become problems.
  • Intake triage with coat photos and matting flags, so surprises surface before the appointment rather than during it.
  • Curbside check-in, with a photo sent by text the moment the dog is ready.

The details that matter

Every capacity guard encodes a real operating constraint from working salons: tub schedules, groomer restrictions, large-dog pacing.

Developed inside a working salon and refined against real dogs and a real calendar.

Breed-specific pricing is quoted from each salon’s own price list, not a generic rate card.

Scheduling software built around how grooming salons actually operate.

How these get made.

Every project on this page began the same way: a candid conversation about how the business actually runs, followed by a design built from a blank file around it. Offers and pricing are detailed on the front page.
